Guys, Gothic literature class ROCKS FOREAL! It’s so fascinating. The professor is a wonderful lady who is very attentive to us and invested in teaching. She’s also super charming, always smiling and upbeat. She even has a slight Texan accent.

The intense singular focus of the 3-week class makes me wish that the normal semester could be structured like this!

While there are lots of benefits to studying multiple things at once, sometimes–mostly when it comes to literature–I feel that I learn better concentrating on one thing at a time.

So I have been mega sleep-deprived, but for once, not in an OH I LOATHE MYSELF AND DON’T DESERVE TO LIVE!!!! way. I definitely feel challenged lately to be self-confident, optimistic, and energized about life, no matter what.

Sometimes there are things that will get in the way, and the best attitude toward those things is

“I DON’T GIVE A PUCK!!”
